Answer: Yes, that is exactly what I used it on. An 08 f250 4x4 superduty. I have used this tool on at least a dozen f250/350 since. It does not fit the older F series.

Answer: No, I just ordered one 2 days ago and I have it already.
Question: Anyone know if this tool is required for Manual locking hubs?

Answer: Yes, in order to properly drive the seal in over/around the spindle. It is also necessary to properly seat seals without beating it with a hammer or improper tool, which can cause damage or improper sealing. It depends on how much work you do on these types of assemblies, but it's always nice to have in the tool box.
Question: Does this tool work for 2005 Ford Excursion?

Answer: The 2000 through 2005 Excursion 4x4s use the same Dana 50 front axle. If you have the Dana 50, you need the earlier version OTC 6695.
Question: Does it work on 2009-2012 year with manual lock hubs and no vacuum?

Answer: Yes, it will work. I just used it on a 2009 f250 manual lock.
