The eKL USB Switch Selector is a device designed to switch two USB devices between four computers. The device has 4 buttons to switch which of the 4 computers is connected to the 2 peripherals. It is compatible with a wireless keyboard and mouse that share the same USB dongle. Hotkeys are not supported and must use the button to switch. The device worked great for USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse, but it’s not recommended for printers or storage. The device randomly disconnects and reconnects on port 2, which indicates that it's cheaply made. There are reports of the device freezing a few times per hour and of connectivity issues requiring the mouse and keyboard to be unplugged and plugged back in Constantly. On the plus side, the housing feels like good quality, the buttons are of good quality, and the device comes with four USB cables of decent quality.
