Exercise & Fitness Editorial Review
Kathy Smith Timeless: Step Aerobics Workout is a workout DVD that claims to provide a great body workout. It is a step aerobics workout that has different levels for individuals of different fitness levels. The video is designed to be watched by any age group, and Kathy Smith works the younger age group while an instructor shows how to do the same workout for a less active or older group. The video's instructions are easy to follow, and the beginning of the workout goes slow to help you get the steps right. However, some customers have complained that the step pattern changes too frequently, which can make it difficult to follow along with the video. Additionally, some customers have found it challenging to follow the jargon and instructions provided in the video. Overall, Kathy Smith Timeless: Step Aerobics Workout is a good video for individuals looking for a workout DVD. However, it may not be suitable for individuals who prefer attending classes for a more motivating workout experience.
