The Body-Solid Powerline PCH24X Adjustable Hyper Extension Roman Chair is a great piece of equipment for those who want to work their abs, core, and back muscles. The chair has adjustability up and down on the two supports but no adjustability moving the supports in and out. The spacing on the pads is such that there will be no nad crushing involved. It is sturdy enough to support a 95lb short female. The handles are designed to provide stability while performing back raises, but not sturdy enough to perform dips as it is not designed for that function. The length and width of one square leg pad are 1 1/2 x 2 1/4. The equipment is pretty heavy-duty and has no weight limit. If used properly, foam pads should not need to be replaced. Users have given positive feedback on its sturdiness and functionality.
