Raceceiver Two-Way Radios Editorial Review
The RACEceiver FD1600 Fusion+ is a small and portable race scanner, which allows the user to listen to the track officials and other drivers as they race. This device is designed to make sure the user can hear everything clearly even when they are wearing ear muffs or helmets. The device uses a single AAA battery and has a standard headphone jack. According to the FAQ section, the device can be used with most earbuds, and it does not need a charger since it uses a single AAA battery. It can only monitor one channel at a time, and it does not allow you to listen to police frequencies. However, if you have a UHF radio, which is 450.000 MHz - 470.000 MHz, then the device can be used to listen to your radio. In terms of customer experience, some users had issues with the device's durability, saying that it stopped working after a couple of uses or after one season. However, some users also commented that it worked well and as described and that they would buy it again. Some users reported that there were no instructions included in the package and had to look for them online.
