Answer: The rose plant is recommended to have 6+ hours of direct sunlight. -

Could this be grown in a pot?
Answer: Roses can be grown in pots but be aware they will lose moisture quicker and you need to remember to fertilize them and keep them in a sunny spot for best results. Glazed and plastic pots are better than terracotta for holding moisture and make sure your pot has drainage holes. -

Are these grade 1?
Answer: They are strong and healthy. -
Question:
Can you grow this as a climber against a large wall?
Answer: I had this rose at my old house and my new one. It has not gotten taller than a 1-2 feet, but I wasn't giving it enough sun. I moved it and it is doing better, but I don't think it's a climber. -
Question:
Should this be leafing out by now? I'm in zone 7, appears dead with black stems except at very bottom. Please advise.
Answer: I am in zone 9 and have just started blooming. It leafed up about a month ago. Shouldn't think it should be black, though. Beautiful rose. -

Can this be a climbing rose?
Answer: It will not grow like a climber. It’s a smaller rose bush. It is my favorite rose of all time but it is not easy to take care of and very finicky. I’ve lost two. This one was very small when I got it and hasn’t grown a lot yet. Blooms beautifully though and blooms are amazing. -
