The EASTMAN Stem Bottom Assembly is a brass replacement part for 1/2 in. x 1/2 in. sweat frost-free sillcocks. Customers have used this as a replacement part for obsoleted Nibco 90 and similar models. The inner seal works fine, but leaks from the weep hole may be due to issues with the handle, washers, bushings, turn knob, back wash cap, or stem assembly. The product has been used successfully with American Valve M72AS faucets but is not compatible with Smith Cooper International anti-siphon frost-proof sillcock 190 806ig 1/2" fip x 3/4" mip x 6". To remove the old assembly, customers can unscrew the nut located below the handle. If the customer has an EZ-FLO sillcock, the stem assembly can simply be pulled off.
