Fantasy Editorial Review
The Beast Player is a hidden gem that teaches timeless life lessons. The story follows Erin, who must navigate a world where people fear and control mythical beasts. The author masterfully changes points of view without confusing readers. While the pacing is great, some readers feel that the book is missing a chapter. The ending also leaves something to be desired. Overall, it is a good book with a cool concept, but it may not be for everyone.
