Industrial & Product Design Editorial Review
Tragic Design is a well-written book that offers fascinating case studies about bad product design and its impact on end-users. The authors, Jonathan Shariat and Cynthia Savard Saucier, present real-world examples of how poorly thought design choices can lead to sadness, frustration, anger, and even death. The book is a must-read for anyone involved in design decisions, especially designers who need to understand the impact of their design choices on end-users. The language used is clear and simple, making it easy for the reader to understand the reasoning behind the design principles presented in the book. Overall, Tragic Design is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the design industry.
