Answer: One reason for a low temperature such as 95º F is if the forehead is wet from perspiration. The water is evaporating and cooling. Temps for this type thermometer are only accurate if forehead is DRY. Also, it changes when removed. Have to read it while in place, hence; 2 people or a mirror. -
