SCE Games Editorial Review
**** Jet X20 for PlayStation 2 has garnered a mixed reception among the gaming community, showcasing both its strengths as an exhilarating arcade-style water racing game and its shortcomings in character engagement and menu design. On one side, players have praised its fast-paced gameplay, thrilling tracks, and fun trick system, which brings a vibrant energy reminiscent of classic titles like Hydro Thunder and Sled Storm. The game provides an adrenaline-pumping experience with impressive water effects and engaging course designs that keep players coming back for more. However, not all reviews sing its praises. Several players have expressed disappointment when comparing Jet X20 to other extreme sports games like SSX Tricky. The limited character variety, lackluster personality attributes, and weak voice acting detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the game's menus left many players feeling frustrated due to their clunky navigation, as they did not convey the excitement associated with extreme racing. Overall, while the game appeals primarily to die-hard jetski fans and offers thrilling gameplay, its limited character depth and subpar presentation may deter those seeking an engaging and well-rounded arcade experience. **
