Is husky 2.0 bigger than the old '1.0' husky? which new model has comparable size to the old husky?
Answer: The older 1.0 version and current will be the same size. We have changed some of the materials/construction of the packs to make them better, but the overall size /volume will be the same. -
Question:
Is this good for a basic EDC pouch to hold phone charger, pens, flash drives, etc. that would be stowed inside a shoulder bag?
Answer: Depends on the phone charger, but yes. You could put a bigger charger in easily. Plenty of room for small items on top of that. -

Is the Husky the most versatile out of the three without being too small or large?
Answer: They are all versatile as heck, it just depends on what you do with them and how full you pack it. -

Wanting to get one for plane travel to get all of my technology will this help to get it things in order?
Answer: This should absolutely work for that—took one on a plane trip myself. Can put a notebook, pens, pencils, charging cords, tiny first aid kit, flashlight, medicines, other odds and ends you may want to have with you. It’s a super sturdy organizer, don’t have to worry about it getting wet or the stuff inside messed up. It’s a little pricey but so versatile and so worth it. -

Can someone confirm whether the zipper on this is metal or plastic ???
Answer: The zippers are RC-class made by YKK. The zipper slider is made of metal (zinc) while the zipper track is plastic, which is commonly used with nylon gear.
