Answer: The sharpener uses a v-block clamp that is removable and secures the knife safely and consistently. -

Will there be finer stones available?
Answer: The available plates are equivalent to higher grit stones. No need for higher grits. -

What is the minimum and maximum length of knives that can be sharpened?
