Answer: I agree. They should clearly indicate if the necklace is solid gold or plated. It's a lovely chain though. -

Answer: You definitely would, that's exactly what I wanted the chain for. I put two gold wedding rings on it and it's fine. It's not a bad chain for such a reasonable price. Hope this helps. -

Answer: You are right, they should state gold plated from the start. If the price seems too good to be true for solid gold, then it's plated. Always scroll down the advert and read the description of the item before you buy. -

Answer: I haven't actually worn this necklace since I bought it. I was so disappointed to learn it was gold plated. Misleading description... until you go through features and details, £14.99 is a bit too much. -
