The TTGO T-Display ESP32 module is a powerful little device that has built-in Wi-Fi and BT and can be used for a variety of projects. Although it is in short supply, the current price is Considerable. The module is well packed inside a plastic case with foam. The documentation is sparse; however, there are many YouTube videos that can guide beginners. Some users had problems using the module in the programming phase, as it often goes into black screen mode. Tools are available to rectify this issue. One user also mentioned tons of ideas for using the module at Volos Projects. Another user transitioned from a B&W ESP32 module(Heltec), and the display on this module was impressive. Installation instructions were challenging, and the user had to change several lines in the User_Setup_Select.h file to get the module to work correctly. It arrived with a built-in USB-C and a third button; however, a flashing blue LED at the rear of the board is maddening. The LCD library is really good, and support contacted one user to fix a TFT issue but provided no links or FAQ. Some users found it challenging to locate information about whether the module is a touch display. However, it is established that this module comes equipped with Wi-Fi and is in traditional IC DIP pin hardware format that is hard to believe! Based on the Raspberry Pi basic hardware, this device is perfect for DIYers who enjoy classic arcade games of all kinds. One user made an SI4732 radio with it, which went amazingly well. Another user loved the module and wanted to know where to get just the LCD, as they had other projects they would like to upgrade. One user returned the module as they could not upload anything to it.
