In a review of the product, customers have had a mixed but generally positive experience. Many appreciate the comfort and durability of the shoes, noting that they provide excellent support for activities like running and working long shifts. Customers have claimed it to be the best and most comfortable shoe they have ever owned, and others have expressed their approval, saying they were exactly as expected. However, there have been some complaints about sizing issues and the refund process, which were frustrating for some customers. On the whole, the product seems to be well-received for its comfort, support, and durability, with the few drawbacks being related to sizing and customer service. **
