Answer: No, you need to use the screws from the fan that you are replacing. -

I have an ASUS ROG Strix 1080Ti triple dissipation, lost a blade on an outside fan (not middle); which do I need?
Answer: This comes as a kit and are in sequential order. But, you can use the rightmost fan from the kit for your ASUS ROG Strix 1080. -

Is it possible to use two fans? I have two fans on my GTX 1070, so I need only two of this.
Answer: That will depend on the make and model of your 1070. The harness is specific to the ASIS Strix GTX 1080. You have to disassemble the shroud and check if the harness uses a three-pin, four-pin, five-pin, or six-pin connector. -

Does this replacement fan operate the same as the OEM fans? Like ramp up when gaming or not spin during idle?
