Answer: Check the TV audio output format and ensure it is set to 'PCM', 'Stereo', or 'Auto'. Also, confirm that the optical cable is inserted correctly. -

Answer: Make sure the battery is installed correctly and check if it has enough power. If problems persist, we can provide a replacement remote. -

How can I make the sound louder?
