MINISFORUM Docking Stations DEG2 Editorial Review
MINISFORUM DEG2 USB4 V2 TBT5 Compatible & OCuLink EGPU Dock is designed for high-performance external GPU setups, featuring an 80Gbps dual-link capability that supports both OCuLink and USB4 connectivity. Users have noted the added efficiency of the extra 8-pin EPS power header, which stabilizes high-end GPUs such as the RTX 5080, providing robust electrical support. However, keep in mind that setup can be tricky due to the hidden switch between OCuLink and USB4, which is located under a magnetic flap and can lead to installation challenges. Overall, the performance is impressive once configured correctly, making it a strong contender in the eGPU market for Windows users.
